What does stem cell therapy actually cost an international patient in Turkey in 2026?

Written quotes issued by StemCell Longevita in 2026 fall between €6,000 and €25,000, depending on condition, cell source, dose, delivery route, hospital requirements and follow-up. Cost differences between clinics are driven mainly by cell dose, session count and whether hospital and follow-up costs are bundled. Patients should compare quotes item by item rather than by headline price.

Key facts

€6,000 – €12,000
Quote range, multi-session or combined
€12,000 – €25,000

Elective cell therapy is not reimbursed by most insurers

What we know

  • Quote-to-quote variation is explained mostly by cell dose, number of sessions and bundling, not by clinical superiority.
  • Hospital admission, imaging and anaesthesia are itemised separately by many providers and account for €800 – €3,000.
  • A quote that does not state cell type and dose cannot be compared with one that does.

What remains uncertain

  • No published data links a higher price to a better clinical outcome.
  • Market-wide pricing is not centrally reported, so figures from other clinics are self-declared.

How this report was compiled

Figures come from the written quotes our medical office issued to international patients during 2026. A quote enters the dataset only after a medical file review, because pre-review estimates are not comparable.

Ranges are reported rather than averages. An average would hide the fact that the same diagnosis can require one infusion or a multi-session protocol, and averaging across those produces a number that describes nobody.

  • Unit of analysis: one issued written quote
  • Currency: euro, converted at the rate stated on the quote
  • Excluded: enquiries declined before review, and travel or accommodation costs
  • Rounding: ranges rounded to the nearest €500

  • Cell type, cell dose and delivery route, stated numerically
  • Whether a release certificate for your batch will be issued
  • Which hospital costs are inside the quote
  • How many sessions the price covers and what a repeat costs
  • The follow-up schedule and who provides it
  • Deposit, refund and rescheduling terms

Limitations of this edition

This is a single-centre dataset. It describes what one licensed Istanbul centre quoted in 2026, not a national or market average, and it should not be cited as one.

Comparisons with other providers in this report rely on their published price pages and patient-reported quotes, which we cannot audit.

Questions about this report

The protocol determines the price. Where a shorter or simpler protocol is clinically reasonable, the quote reflects that; the criteria are not adjusted to fit a budget.

Because opaque pricing is the most common complaint international patients raise, and a published range lets people compare offers before they travel.
